- Works included site audits, final scope of works, artwork design, manufacture, and installation
- All works completed in a 12 week period and delivered on time
Public Works NSW was engaged by Country Trains to upgrade all of the signs across the Country Train Network; a major project considering the time frame of 12 weeks to audit, design, manufacture, and install over 3,000 new signs across the network.
On the back of our success with the signage we manufactured across the Sydney Metro train and ferry network, it only made sense to give Singleton Moore Signs an opportunity to tender for this project.
On the success of our tender, we worked alongside the team at Public Works to write a program outlining all stages and critical milestones that we needed to achieve the final result in 12 weeks.
Confirming details on site, we started rolling our final graphics packs and shop drawings for client approval while concurrently starting the build and rolling out the installation.
Whilst onsite, we painted walls, posts, and frames. We handled extra complexity when we were requested to remove the old signs and send them to designated depots for recycling or reuse.
We were entrusted with the very important task of painting and reinstatement works of heritage-listed surfaces and buildings.
The project was completed on time and the client was so impressed with all of our services and deliverables that they extended our contract with further works and additional signs for the Country Trains.
